Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
1/4 th cup rice flour
1 cup Jaggery
half coconut grated
5-6 elaichi powdered
Ghee

Method
- Add jaggery to two cups of water in a vessel in stove and keep stirring till completely dissolved.
- Keep it down and when little warm add wheatflour, rice flour, coconut and elaichi powder. Mix everything very well.
- Keep the tawa and pour the batter little thick and pour ghee on top. Turn both sides till light red. Be slow when you turn.
- Best served when hot or warm.
