Tuna Cutlet
Ingredients:
Tuna chunk- 6 oz or 170 gms
Potatoes - big-2
Garlic - 5 pcs
Ginger -2 pcs
Salt-a pinch
Turmeric a pinch
Bread Crums
2 Eggs white

Method

  1. Boil potatoes and then peel of the skin
  2. Smash the garlic and ginger or you can grind them into paste
  3. Mix potatoes, grinded ginger garlic, salt and turmeric keep them aside
  4. Take the tuna, drain excess water and mix it well with the potatoes and ginger garlic mixture.
  5. Take two egg whites beat them nicely. Now make the mixture in to balls or into any favourable shape you like dip them into egg white then on bread crumps
  6. Deep fry them.
  7. Variations: If you cannot get tuna try it out with any other fish of your choice.
