Ingredients:
Tuna chunk- 6 oz or 170 gms
Potatoes - big-2
Garlic - 5 pcs
Ginger -2 pcs
Salt-a pinch
Turmeric a pinch
Bread Crums
2 Eggs white

Tuna Cutlet
Method
- Boil potatoes and then peel of the skin
- Smash the garlic and ginger or you can grind them into paste
- Mix potatoes, grinded ginger garlic, salt and turmeric keep them aside
- Take the tuna, drain excess water and mix it well with the potatoes and ginger garlic mixture.
- Take two egg whites beat them nicely. Now make the mixture in to balls or into any favourable shape you like dip them into egg white then on bread crumps
- Deep fry them.
- Variations: If you cannot get tuna try it out with any other fish of your choice.
