Tomato Omlette
Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup plain flour(maida)
1 cup sooji(rava)
1/2 cup besan(gram flour)
Oil as needed
4-5 mid sized tomatoes
Required amount of ginger garlic green chilli and coriander (cilantro)
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all the three flours together and make a thick paste. Keep it for 15-20 minutes. Pour this mixture in grinder and to it add tomatoes and ginger, garlic, chilli and coriander and salt. Grind this mixture to a paste.
  2. Heat nonstick pan and apply some oil(around 1/2 teaspoon for each omlette) to it. Pour around one cup paste on the pan, spread it evenly and let is cook. After 5-7 minutes the omlette is ready and crispy(like masala dosa) and ready to eat.
  3. Serve it alongwith tamarind chutney and garlic bread.
