South Indian Mango Pickle (Avakaee)
Ingredients:
Mangoes 4 to 5 medium size
Red Chilli powder. 4tbsp
Musturd powder 3tbsp
Salt to taste
Methi seeds 2tsp
Oil 1/2 cup.

Method

  1. Cut the Mangos into medium pieces.
  2. In a dry bowl mix all the ingredients along with Mangoes.
  3. Shift the pickle into a bottle.
  4. After a day Pickle leaves water. Stir the Pickle. Now the Pickle is ready to eat.
