Sausage Rolls
Ingredients:
4 - small size sausages
90 g - flour
40 ml - milk
1½ tsp - baking powder
1 tbsp - butter
a pinch - salt
1 tbsp - mustard paste or chilli sauce

Method

  1. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Rub the butter into the dry ingredients and stir in the milk.
  2. Knead into smooth dough. Roll the dough out into a rectangle 20x15cm size.
  3. Spread mustard paste or chilli sauce evenly over the dough. Cut into 4 strips.
  4. Roll the sausages up in the dough and place them on the well greased heat proof plate.
  5. Cook on crisp mode for 5-6 minutes or until they are light golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with french fries.
