Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese softened
1 cup flaked salmon cooked
2 hard boiled eggs mashed
1 onion chopped finely
1 carrot chopped finely
5 french beans chopped finely
1 capsicum chopped finely
1/2 cup celery chopped finely
1 green chillies chopped finely
1/2 tsp basil powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt as per taste

Salmon Vegetable Dip
Method
- Boil french beans and carrots till cooked (should not be overcooked)
- Blend well mayonnaise, milk, sour cream and cream cheese
- Mix all the remaining ingredients
- Refrigerate for 7-8 hours
- Serve with chips, bread (toasted)
