Salmon Vegetable Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese softened
1 cup flaked salmon cooked
2 hard boiled eggs mashed
1 onion chopped finely
1 carrot chopped finely
5 french beans chopped finely
1 capsicum chopped finely
1/2 cup celery chopped finely
1 green chillies chopped finely
1/2 tsp basil powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt as per taste

Salmon Vegetable Dip


Method

  1. Boil french beans and carrots till cooked (should not be overcooked)
  2. Blend well mayonnaise, milk, sour cream and cream cheese
  3. Mix all the remaining ingredients
  4. Refrigerate for 7-8 hours
  5. Serve with chips, bread (toasted)
