Ingredients:
2 cups Rice Flakes (Poha)
2-3 boiled Potatoes
1 Onion finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
2-3 finely chopped Green Chillies
1 tsp Red Chilly powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbs finely chopped Coriander leaves
1 -2 tbsp Chick Pea Flour (besan)
Salt to taste

Rice Flakes Vada (Poha Vada)
Method
- Soak rice flakes in water for 2-3 min. Drain excess water completely.
- Mash boiled potatoes & add to the rice flakes. Add all the other ingredients.
- Make small round balls and flatten them.
- Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with Ketchup or Chutney.
