Ingredients:
cooked rice - 1 cup
cooked flaked fish - 1 cup
onion - e cup minced
garlic - 1 tsp minced
ginger - 1 tsp minced
green chilies - 1 tsp minced
chili powder - e tsp
cumin powder - e tsp
turmeric powder - e tsp
eggs and bread crumbs to coat
oil to fry
salt to taste

Rice And Fish Cutlets
Method
- Mash the cooked rice.
- Combine it with flaked fish.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil and fry onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies till fragrant.
- Add all the powders and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the rice, fish mixture and salt to taste.
- Mix well and remove from fire.
- When the mixture is cool enough to handle, shape it into cutlets.
- Coat with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot.
