Rice And Fish Cutlets
Ingredients:
cooked rice - 1 cup
cooked flaked fish - 1 cup
onion - e cup minced
garlic - 1 tsp minced
ginger - 1 tsp minced
green chilies - 1 tsp minced
chili powder - e tsp
cumin powder - e tsp
turmeric powder - e tsp
eggs and bread crumbs to coat
oil to fry
salt to taste

Method

  1. Mash the cooked rice.
  2. Combine it with flaked fish.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp of oil and fry onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies till fragrant.
  4. Add all the powders and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the rice, fish mixture and salt to taste.
  6. Mix well and remove from fire.
  7. When the mixture is cool enough to handle, shape it into cutlets.
  8. Coat with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till brown.
  9. Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot.
