Potato Raita
Ingredients:
2 - potatoes boiled
1 cup - curd

For Masala:

1 tsp - ginger chilly paste
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and partially crush by pressing with crusher or a large spoon.
  2. Beat the curd.
  3. Add the crushed potatoes and all the masalas.
  4. Chill and serve.
