2 - potatoes boiled
1 cup - curd

1 tsp - ginger chilly paste
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

Potato Raita
Method
- Peel the potatoes and partially crush by pressing with crusher or a large spoon.
- Beat the curd.
- Add the crushed potatoes and all the masalas.
- Chill and serve.
