4 - large potatoes
2 tbsp - digion mustard
3 tbsp - sour cream
2 tbsp - yogurt

spring onions

Potato And Bacon Salad
Method
- Boil potatoes, cut into cubes in a large bowl.
- Grill bacon and cut into small pieces.
- Add to the potatoes, cut spring onions and add to the potatoes.
- Then add pineapple pieces and sour cream, yogurt, digion mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix them and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with tandoori chicken or barbeque meat and sausages.
