Ingredients:
3 inch Cantaloupe cut lengthwise
Thin poha - 1 cup.
Powdered Jaggery or gud - 1/2 cup
(Brown Sugar can be used in place of Jaggery)
Salt - 1 pinch
Cardamom - 2 pods.

Poha In Mashed Cantaloupe
Method
- Cut cantaloupe into 1 inch cubes in a large bowl.
- Add poha into the bowl and mash the cantaloupe with your hand until the cantaloupe is completely mashed and the poha is soaked.
- Now add the jaggery and powdered cardamom. Mix well.
