Paneer Aloo Paratha
Ingredients:
1/2 cup - paneer
1/2 cup - mashed potato
1/4 cup - finely chopped coriander leaves
3 to 4 - finely chopped green chilles (add less or more)
2 cups - wheat flour
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
ghee or oil to fry the parathas
salt to taste

Method

  1. Take little oil or ghee in big bowl and add all the ingredients one by one and mix it nicely with the hand.
  2. Use as little water as possible to make the dough and divide into 8-12 balls according to the size of parathas you want.
  3. Put the tawa on the gas and make the parathas with little oil or ghee.
  4. Serve it hot with either raitha or any dal.
