Ingredients:
1/2 cup - paneer
1/2 cup - mashed potato
1/4 cup - finely chopped coriander leaves
3 to 4 - finely chopped green chilles (add less or more)
2 cups - wheat flour
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
ghee or oil to fry the parathas
salt to taste

Paneer Aloo Paratha
Method
- Take little oil or ghee in big bowl and add all the ingredients one by one and mix it nicely with the hand.
- Use as little water as possible to make the dough and divide into 8-12 balls according to the size of parathas you want.
- Put the tawa on the gas and make the parathas with little oil or ghee.
- Serve it hot with either raitha or any dal.
