Mixed Vegetable Curry
Ingredients:
onions - 200 gms (boiled and pasted)
tomato puree - 200 gms
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbspn
chilly pdr - 2 tsp
coriander pdr - 3 tsp
turmeric pdr - 1/2 tsp
garam masala pdr - 1 tsp
kasuri methi - 1 tsp
cashew paste - 2 tbspns
coriander leaves - 2 tbspns
carrot chopped - 1/4 cup
beans - 1/4 cup
peas - 1/2 cup
cauliflower - aquarter portion
whole jeera - 1/2 tsp
oil - 50 gms

Mixed Vegetable Curry


Method

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Season with jeera and kasurimethi add chopped vegetables.
  3. Saute it till it becomes tender.
  4. Now add all powders and saute for few secs.
  5. Add the onion paste and tomato puree and allow it to boil for 3-5 mins.
  6. Add the cashew paste and salt, saute till the oil shows separately.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with indian breads and any kind of rice.
