Ingredients:
1 bunch of Cilantro
1 bunch of Mint
3 Tsp. of coarsely crushed roasted peanuts
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Sugar
One Whole Lemon
1/4 Red Onion

Mint Cilantro Chutney
Method
- Wash Mint, Cilantro put them in the blender.
- Peel and wash onion, chop in two add to the blender.
- Add salt, red chili pepper and blend it using minimum water.
- Adjust the seasonings, it should be little hot.
- Now add peanuts, sugar, and the juice of one lemon.
- Mix well and Refrigerate for two hours.
- Enjoy with samosas, pakoras, rice and curry, paranthas or even spread some on a toast for quick snack. Please write to me for any questions.
