Mint Cilantro Chutney
Ingredients:
1 bunch of Cilantro
1 bunch of Mint
3 Tsp. of coarsely crushed roasted peanuts
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Sugar
One Whole Lemon
1/4 Red Onion

Mint Cilantro Chutney


Method

  1. Wash Mint, Cilantro put them in the blender.
  2. Peel and wash onion, chop in two add to the blender.
  3. Add salt, red chili pepper and blend it using minimum water.
  4. Adjust the seasonings, it should be little hot.
  5. Now add peanuts, sugar, and the juice of one lemon.
  6. Mix well and Refrigerate for two hours.
  7. Enjoy with samosas, pakoras, rice and curry, paranthas or even spread some on a toast for quick snack. Please write to me for any questions.
