Lodh
Ingredients:
1/4 kg. lodh powdered fine sieved through muslin mesh.
1/4 kg. sugar powdered fine or more if required
1/4 kg. ghee heat keep aside

Method

  1. Mix sugar and lodh together, check taste.
  2. Mix in more sugar if required.
  3. Add half ghee, stir and mix to a very soft lump.
  4. Add more ghee only if and as much as required.
  5. Make approx. 20 small lemonsized balls.
  6. Store in airtight container.
  7. Take 2 of these rounds, with a glass of milk, each morning.
  8. To be taken till it lasts, approx. 10 days.
