Lemon Concentrate

Method

1. Heat water and sugar in a deep vessel.
2. Bring to a boil, simmer to make syrup.
3. When sticky to touch, but not one thread, take off fire.
4. Cool and add lemon juice.
5. Add dissolved KMS and mix well.
6. Pour into sterilised bottles and seal.
