Ingredients:

Leftover Cooked Vegetables
Method
- Take any leftover vegetable, add potatoes as per the amount of vegetables.
- Put semolina for binding and one egg.
- If you want it to be spicy then you can add red chilli powder, chat masala, coriander leaves, green chilli.
- Mix all together and give the shape of veg cutlets and deep fry it.
- Serve either with main meal or have it with tea.
