Ingredients:
1. Chicken - 1 kg
2. Red Chilli Powder -1½ tblsp
3. Coriander powder-1tblsp
4. Cloves- 4-5
5. Cinnamon- 2 sticks
6. Cardamom- 2 pods
7. Black pepper corns-1/2 tsp
8. Saunf - 1 tsp
9. Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
10. Dessicated Coconut-1/2 cup
11. Onion - 2 large
12. Ginger- 2' piece
13. Green Chilli- 6 nos.
14. Curry leaves - 3 nos.
15. Salt - 2 tsp
16. Cooking Oil - 5 desert spoon

Kerala Chicken Curry
Method
- Roast 2 tblsp coconut till brown and then the ingredients from 2-9. Grind them well.
- Saute the ingredients from 11-14 and then the grinded paste.
- Add the chopped chicken pieces and then 1 cup of milk extracted from the remaining coconut.
- Add salt and cook till the chicken becomes tender.
