Ingredients:
Maida - 2 cups
Cumin seeds - 3 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Curry powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method
- Mix maida, chilli powder, Cumin seeds (pounded lightly), ginger paste, butter and salt.
- Make it to a soft dough with little warm water. Keep aside for 10 min.
- Roll little dough into a big chapati with little dry flour.
- Cut into diamond shaped pieces and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
- Drain out the oil and sprinkle curry powder and salt (when they are warm).
- Cool it and store in an air tight container. Stays fresh upto one month.
