Curds desired quantity
Green chillies about 2-3
Red chillies about 1-2

Hing (Asfoetida) a pinch
Channa dhal 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
Salt to taste

Method
- Take a teaspoonful of oil in a kadai .
- Add all the ingredients except curds and salt, once the dhals become slightly brown, add curds and salt.
- Allow the mixture to boil for a second or so on a low flame.
- Serve hot with rice and puris.
