Method
- Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl, add yogurt and mash the mixture well.
- Chop the onion,tomato and bell pepper.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the mixture in bowl.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Add salt and pepper for taste.
- Add chili powder ifyou prefer the dip to bemore spicy.
- Serveas anAppetizer with Breadsticks or Nacho chips.
