Ingredients:
Goat meat 1 Kg
5-6 Onions
5 spoons of finely chopped Ginger and Garlic
Khara Garam Masala (Cloves Cinnamon Elaichi Cumin seeds)
Refined Oil (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup Yougurt
2 Tomatoes
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder 2 teaspoons
Lemon Juice 2 table spoon
Pepper (ground)
Coriander powder
Butter 2 tablespoons
Fresh Coriander leaves 1/2 cup finely chopped

Gosht Masala
Method
- Fry the Garam masala (not ground) in hot oil and add the onions, fry till golden brown and crisp.
- Make a smooth paste of this mixture and add in the pressure cooker with just a little bit of oil on low heat.
- Add the slighlty fried meat pieces (with salt and pepper) to this mixture, and stir. Add the red chilli powder, more salt to taste, pepper, cut tomatoes, coriander powder and the fresh leaves. Stir on medium heat.
- Add the lemon juice and butter.
- Put the lid on and pressure cook for about 30-35 minutes on medium. Don't open the lid immediately, wait for the pressure to come off by itself.
- Serve hot garnished with more coriander leaves and one spoon of fresh cream (optional) with rice.
