Ingredients:
1 - red apple cored and chopped (do not peel)
1 - green apple cored and chopped (do not peel)
1 cup - seedless green grapes
1 cup - seedless black grapes
1 cup - carrot peeled and diced
1 cup - capsicum chopped (discard seeds)
1½ cup - celery stalks chopped
1½ cup - parsley chopped
1½ cup - walnuts chopped
1½ cup - cashew nuts chopped
3 tbsp - mayonnaise
2 tbsp - yellow mustard
2 tbsp - fresh cream
salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Mix all the ingredients from apple to cashew nuts together.
- Add Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour mayonnaise, mustard and cream on top.
- Toss and serve at once.
- Serves: 6
