Fenugreek Flavoured Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
6 - mutton chops
freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves - garlic crushed
2 tsp - dried fenugreek (kasoori methi)
2 tbsp - parsley chopped
50 g - oatmeal
salt to taste
oil For Tomato & Coriander Salsa:
1 cup - finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup - finely chopped onions
1 clove - garlic minced
1 - green chilli deseeded and finely chopped
2 tbsps - fresh chopped coriander
1 tbsp - red vinegar
salt to taste

Method

  1. For Tomato & Coriander Salsa: Place all the ingredients except salt in a food processor. Process until coarsely chopped, add salt to taste.
