Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 chopped tomatoes/ half can tomato puree
2 large onions finely chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dhania-jeera powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
cilantro grated cheese for garnish (optional)

Egg Onion Float
Method
- Heat oil. On medium heat, fry onions, ginger-garlic paste, masala powders for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree , ketchup salt and fry for 2 minutes more.
- Pat down this mixture on the pan. Make four wells at the four corners.
- Break one egg into each of the wells. Garnish with grated cheese, chopped cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan and cook on slow heat till the eggs set.
- Serve with buttered bread.
