Ingredients:
Yogurt - 3cups
cucumber
onion - 1
ginger - 2 small pieces
garlic - 2 cloves
coriander

haldi
green chillies - 6
grated coconut - 2 tsps

Cucumber In Curd
Method
- Slice onion ,cut ginger and garlic and green chillies.
- Take oil in a kadia and fry all the above till onion becomes brown.
- Then grind them to gather with a little haldi and coconut. Keep aside.
- Thin the yogurt with little water.
- When the ground mixture cools down put it into the yogurt.
- Cut the cucumber into cubes and add it to the mixture.
- Then garnish with coriander.
- Serve with Hot Rice.
