Ingredients:
2 slices - bread
1 cup - peas
1 - corn
1 - capsicum
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1tsp - oil
butter as required
salt to taste

Corn Sandwich
Method
- In a pressure pan, put the corn and peas and steam it.
- Heat some oil and fry the onion till they turn golden brown.
- Add the capsicum to it.
- When the steamed corn is ready along with peas put it in the pan along with the cut tomato.
- Take a slice of bread and put the cooked ingredients as above.
- Then cover it with the other slice of bread.
- If you have a sandwich maker, place the bread layer on the it.
- Close it and your sandwich when ready can be served with tomato sauce.
- If you do not have a sandwich maker, then place a pan in the gas.
- Put some butter in it.
- Place the layered bread once it is hot until one side of the bread turns golden brown.
- Repeat the same procedure for other side of the bread.
