Corn Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices - bread
1 cup - peas
1 - corn
1 - capsicum
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1tsp - oil
butter as required
salt to taste

Corn Sandwich


Method

  1. In a pressure pan, put the corn and peas and steam it.
  2. Heat some oil and fry the onion till they turn golden brown.
  3. Add the capsicum to it.
  4. When the steamed corn is ready along with peas put it in the pan along with the cut tomato.
  5. Take a slice of bread and put the cooked ingredients as above.
  6. Then cover it with the other slice of bread.
  7. If you have a sandwich maker, place the bread layer on the it.
  8. Close it and your sandwich when ready can be served with tomato sauce.
  9. If you do not have a sandwich maker, then place a pan in the gas.
  10. Put some butter in it.
  11. Place the layered bread once it is hot until one side of the bread turns golden brown.
  12. Repeat the same procedure for other side of the bread.
