Corn Pattice
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh corns(can also tinned corns)
2 Potatos
1 Medium Size Onion
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp corinder powder
1 tsp cummin powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
chopped fresh corinder leaves
oil for frying
salt for taste

Corn Pattice


Method

  1. Boil the potatoes, mash them and keep aside.
  2. Put corns in the mixie and churn slightly.
  3. Cut the onion into small pieces.
  4. Mix all the above dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, mashed potatoes, chopped onions and churned corns well.
  5. Make small round balls of the mixture made above.
  6. Heat the oil in the frying pan or kadhai.
  7. Put the small balls of the mixture into the hot oil one by one.
  8. Deep fry till golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with either tomato ketchup or green corinder chutney.
  10. It does taste really delicious.If do not believe me try and see!!!!
