Ingredients:
bread slices - 8
oil - 1 tbsp
chopped onion - 1½ cup
chili powder - 1½ tsp
garam masala - 1½ tsp
kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves) - 1 tsp
cooked corn kernels - 1 cup
tomato puree - 2 tbsp
besan (chick peas flour) - 1 tbsp
salt to taste

Corn And Mushroom Sandwich
Method
- Heat oil and fry onion till brown.
- Add chili powder, garam masala and kasoori methi.
- Add corn kernels and salt.
- Add tomato pure and sprinkle with besan.
- Mix and cook stirring for 1-2 minutes.
