Ingredients:
One big bunch of Coriander
1½ cup Gram Flour
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Ginger- Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp crushed Cumin & Coriander seeds
Little Jaggery
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry.

Coriander Bhajji
Method
- Cut coriander finely.
- Mix all the ingredients and make dough of it.
- Add little oil to this dough.
- Roll this dough in cylindrical shape.
- Steam this dough for 15 min. in pressure cooker.
- After cooling cut into thin pieces.
- Deep fry them till they are brown
- Serve with Tomato Sauce.
