Coriander Bhajji
Ingredients:
One big bunch of Coriander
1½ cup Gram Flour
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Ginger- Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp crushed Cumin & Coriander seeds
Little Jaggery
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry.

Method

  1. Cut coriander finely.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and make dough of it.
  3. Add little oil to this dough.
  4. Roll this dough in cylindrical shape.
  5. Steam this dough for 15 min. in pressure cooker.
  6. After cooling cut into thin pieces.
  7. Deep fry them till they are brown
  8. Serve with Tomato Sauce.
