Cheddar Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
1/4 cup - chopped onion
2 - garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup - butter or margarine
3 cups - cooked long-grain rice
2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup - minced fresh parsley
1 cup - milk
4 - eggs lightly beaten
2 tsp - worcestershire sauce
1 tsp - salt

Cheddar Rice Casserole


Method

  1. In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased shallow 1-qt. baking dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
