Bread Cutlets
Ingredients:
Bread - 10 slices
potatoes - 1/4 kg
Carot Beans Peas Beet Root - 1/4kg
Garam Masala - 1/2 spoon
Cheese - 2 tablespoon
Bread Crumps - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 4 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Chilly Powder - 1 spoon

Bread Cutlets


Method

  1. Cook potatoes and other vegetables and finely mash it with out adding any water.
  2. Drain out water from boiled vegetable also.
  3. Then to the mashed potatoes and vegetables add garam masala, cheese, 2 spoon corn flour, salt, 1/4 cup bread crumps, chilly powder.
  4. Take the bread slices remove the corners and add this also to the mashed potatoes and vegetable mix.
  5. Then make a dough of all the ingredients.
  6. Take small balls and make it into cutlets of different shapes.
  7. Dip it in cornflaur batter and then roll it over bread crumps.
  8. Put less oil in the kadai. Deep fry in oil.
  9. Serve hot with tomato sauce. You can also microwave the cutlets.
