Ingredients:
Bread - 10 slices
potatoes - 1/4 kg
Carot Beans Peas Beet Root - 1/4kg
Garam Masala - 1/2 spoon
Cheese - 2 tablespoon
Bread Crumps - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 4 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Chilly Powder - 1 spoon

Bread Cutlets
Method
- Cook potatoes and other vegetables and finely mash it with out adding any water.
- Drain out water from boiled vegetable also.
- Then to the mashed potatoes and vegetables add garam masala, cheese, 2 spoon corn flour, salt, 1/4 cup bread crumps, chilly powder.
- Take the bread slices remove the corners and add this also to the mashed potatoes and vegetable mix.
- Then make a dough of all the ingredients.
- Take small balls and make it into cutlets of different shapes.
- Dip it in cornflaur batter and then roll it over bread crumps.
- Put less oil in the kadai. Deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce. You can also microwave the cutlets.
