Ingredients:
8 slices bread
1 medium onion
4 pods garlic
3 tbsp oil
2' piece ginger
1 tsp chilly powder
3 green chillies
salt to taste
2 tbsp grated coconut

Bread Cutlet
Method
- Chop onion, garlic, ginger, chillies. Set aside.
- Haet a pan add 2 tsp oil add chpped onion ginger garlic chilis stir fry for few mins and add chili powder to it.
- Turn off the heat. Add grated coconut and cilantro. Stir well. Set aside.
- Remove the sides of the bread, dip in water and squeeze excess water, add the fried mixture to the bread and knead well.
- Heat pan and make cutlets form above mixture and put a little oil on the pan fry cutlets both sides till crispy.
