Beetroot Chutney
Ingredients:
1 cup - beetroot grated
1/2 cup - urad dal
1/2 - coconut big grated
4 - red chillies
small lemon size - tamarind
3 flakes - garlic
curry leaves
salt

Beetroot Chutney


Method

  1. In oil (2 tsp) fry urad dal till golden brown, add curry leaves, red chillies, garlic saute.
  2. Add beetroot and saute well till cooked.
  3. Add coconut and saute 2mts.grind with tamarind, salt to thick chutney.
  4. Serve with rice.
