Ingredients:
basmati rice - 1/2 kg
chicken boneless - 1/2 kg
ginger - 1 tbsp
garlic - 1 tbsp
onion - 1 chopped
capsicum - 1 chopped
yogurt - 1/2 cup
garam masala - 1 tsp
bay leaf - 2
chilli powder - 1 tsp
raisin - 1/2 cup
1/2 cup - oil
yellow food colour - 1 pinch
salt to taste

Arabian Rice
Method
- Boil the rice with salt & bay leaf.
- Mix all masalaz in yogurt & marinate chicken with it.
- Heat oil, fry onion.
- Then add chicken & cook till done or dry.
- Shred the meat.
- In a pan put rice, add chicken, colour & capsicum.
- Then again rice, raisins & put on dam till done.
- Serve hot with raitha.
